**Job Scope**:
We are looking to recruit a Youth Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the Youth Coordinator will be at the heart of our dynamic organization, responsible for shaping the future of our youth programs.

Working full-time, 36.25 hours per week from Monday to Friday, you will need a driver's license and access to a vehicle as you'll be working across multiple sites. In order to provide youth with programming and time off in exchange, the Youth Coordinator position necessitates a minimum of two evenings of commitment per week.

As a Youth Coordinator, you will lead on our MIKE youth leadership program and Bar/Bat Mitzvah program, collaborating with internal and external partners to provide endless opportunities for budding leaders. Your responsibilities include ensuring the safety and quality of life for young people, addressing concerns with meaningful solutions, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

As a Youth Coordinator you will assist in organizing youth events, support youth volunteers, and play a key role in our Work Experience Program. Additionally, you'll contribute to expanding and creating new programs, alumni committees, and showcase your versatility and passion by contributing to other areas within our community services.

**Do you have?**
- Experience working with young people in either a volunteer or professional capacity.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships effectively with individuals of all age groups.
- Working knowledge of safeguarding best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Possess creativity and resourcefulness in problem solving and program development.
