**About the Opportunity**:
The role will be responsible for operation support and administrational requirements in support of the operations Team, ensuring efficient administration and delivery of our activities across the business.
- Daily tasks tracking;
- Updating reports and Dashboards;
- Supporting the Framework Management Team;
- Supporting the Business Function;
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation;
- Meeting minutes and action taking;
- Ad hoc administrative requirements to meet the needs of the business;
- Office environmental health and safety checks.
**Here’s what you’ll need**:
- NVQ Business and Administration (Preferred but not essential);
- Discretion & trustworthiness;
- Strong organizational and logístical skills and experience;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to provide an agile and flexible service;
- Ability to work across organizations;
- Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative;
- Able to work under short term pressure to resolve emerging issues in a timely and responsive manner;
