We are looking for a talented, driven and ambitious Sales professional who wants to progress their career and help shape what tomorrow looks like. We are a growing company based in Ouseburn with international reach.
**This is a business development/sales role, with OTE of £50k+**
The role directly supports McGrady Clarke’s purpose of helping clients achieve net-zero by delivering reliable and sustainable consulting. You will report directly into the senior management team.
This role will be a key part of the Business Development Team, originating and managing a large number of client opportunities.

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:
- Building long-term relationships with new customers
- Telemarketing and cold calling.
- Generating leads for the Sales Director.
- Working with our commercial team, ensuring we are optimising our approach to business development.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- B2B Sales experience
- Energy experience preferred but not essential.
- Driven and highly self-motivated to succeed.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage expectations.
- Good communication skills & organised.
- A self starter with a proactive approach to finding sales opportunities.
**Salary**: Up to £50,000.00 per year
