The customer service first line controller will coordinate and will be the first point of contact for our customers undertaking their non-complex issues and escalating complex issues to Head of Customer Services. No day will be the same in this CustomerService team, therefore the customer service controller will need the ability to manage customer expectations.

**Description**

Day to day responsibilities,
- First point of contact with all customers
- Accuracy and customer details are all recorded using the company system
- Manage customer expectations and
- guide them through the process
- Keeping customers well informed
- Resolving non complex enquires
- Informing Head of Customer Service on all complex issues that may arise
