Plastor are a mid-sized company in RG12, Bracknell

We are seeking a Sales and Customer service Administrator to join our small team on a part time basis (20-25 hours per week) Monday to Friday

Full training will be provided.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Accurately process sales orders on Sage 200 and process customer payments

Accurately maintain the customer database (Infor)

Deal with customer and supplier queries and enquiries

Work with couriers to manage customer deliveries

Process returns and refunds as required whilst liaising with our warehouse and accounts department

Filing

Ad-hoc tasks required by the business

Salary to be discussed in interview

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
