In the UK, based out of Bracknell, we are currently about £40 million in turnover, with the vision to double in the next 3-5 years. We own a strong product and brand portfolio consisting of Cuticura, Botanical Lab, Soft & Gentle, Pro:Voke and Inecto and we are also distributors for P20 and Perspirex in the UK.

**Job Purpose**

To be an integral part of the UK Sales team, supporting the National Account Managers across their retailer portfolio with internal and customer facing commercial & administrative duties. To build strong relationships with the sales team, cross functionally and with key customers.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Completing & submitting New Line Forms for our key customers in line with their required timings.
- Completing & submitting Promotional Nominations for our key customers in line with their required timings.
- Liaising with customers to provide samples & product imagery as required and other ad hoc requests for information.
- Using customer portals to load / extract information.
- Point of contact for customer queries and enquiries when NAM is not available.
- Support the Sales Team with ad hoc admin tasks.
- Facilitate practical, positive working relationships with all departments and stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Maintain internal customer records including UK distribution lists, customer price lists, centralized promo plans and terms agreements.
- Liaise cross functionally to support on new product launches and customer range reviews.
- Support NAM’s with month end process.
- Attend Sales meetings and customer meetings as required.
- To undertake any reasonable additional duties as requested by the UK Sales Director.
- Ability to “make things happen” through meticulous organization, preparation, creativity and dynamism.
- Be a systems ‘superuser’ and go to for Sales.

**Experience/skills Required**:

- MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Advanced level Excel is essential.
