**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Hours**: 8:30 - 16:30 Mon - Fri

**S alary**: 26k - 28k + Performance related bonus

**Location**:Near Bracknell - Office based **(work from home option of 2 days a week)**

**Holiday**: 25 days + additional benefits, Pension, Healthcare etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all enquiries and queries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure master data, such as price lists are up-to-date, liaising with technical or sales colleagues with pricing responsibility.
- Interpret customer requirements, if necessary enlisting help from other functions.
- Receive process, acknowledge and progress customer orders.
- Keep customers informed about delivery and lead-time developments.
- Liaise with the logistics and other relevant groups to ensure our delivery service meets the specific requirements of our customers.
- Manage any product returns in compliance with quality procedures, liaise with technical and quality representatives and meet required timescales.
- Ensure any invoice issues are dealt with swiftly, liaising with the credit-control and sales functions.
- Identifying opportunities when in conversation with customers, reminding them of expiry of standing orders, requesting new coverage.
- Maintain customer correspondence files, records and data.
- Communication of customer related issues, to local management, external sales, technical & other colleagues as appropriate.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Sales Support, Pricing or Administration based role
- Willingness to commit to a contract position
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills i.e. Pivot Tables/VLookups/Macros
- Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce, SAP, MSD or Oracle
- Experience in managing high volume orders or producing quotes
- Experience in managing Key Customer Accounts
- Attention to detail
