**Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm**
Sphere is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients team as a Van Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for booking in vans for MOTs, services, and repairs and ensuring all records are updated and maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling vans for MOTs, services, and repairs
- Logging orders, collating and recording check sheets, maintaining the database
- Handling vehicle deliveries
- Arranging vehicle signwriting, trackers, and fuel cards
- Conducting driving license checks
- Managing vehicle taxes and tag top-ups
- Any other vehicle, machine and plant-related administration duties.
**Key requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office - Specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
**Please note the office will be relocating to Redruth later in the year, you must be able to commute to both Helston and Redruth**
