Job Role:

The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to accounts payable, including processing invoices, handling customer queries, and performing account reconciliations.

Key Tasks:
  • Process and manage accounts payable invoices and credit notes
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with payment runs and reconcile accounts
  • Meet and greet office visitors and provide general office administration support
Requirements:
  • Part or fully qualified AAT or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
