My client, a reputable law firm providing a range of services across various fields, are seeking a new Office and Finance Assistant (or Legal Cashier) to join their team.

Previous legal experience would certainly be beneficial, but not entirely essential (as long as you can tick the other boxes).
**Here is a peek into what you'll get up to day-to-day**:
- Legal Cashier: banking, reconciling, entering credits and debits, payment management and ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) accounting rules.
- Office Management: organising premises maintenance and policy renewals, Health & Safety monitoring, completing and maintain the Office Practice Manual and monthly figure reviews.
- Human Resources: completing staff contracts, calculating wages, organising employee training, recording holidays and sickness, and supporting with employee relations.

- Previous experience within a Cashier position, or perhaps Office Management where you can clearly demonstrate experience of the above duties.
- Excellent coordination skills with a high-level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task.
- Adept IT and Administration skills, alongside a friendly and personable communication manner.
- Some knowledge of HR and H&S practices would be beneficial.
- Legal experience desirable.
