Duties: Answering the phone and being the first point of contact for all Trelowarren enquiries, whatever their nature, from holiday clients, wedding enquiries, B&B clients to tenant farmers.

To process self-catering enquiries and bookings via SuperControl (training available) and to update bookings as details change, informing relevant staff.

To managethe daily post for Trelowarren

To liaise with maintenance, grounds and housekeeping staff as necessary

Requirements:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
