**Working hours**: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays may be occasionally required depending on date of any Dealer Demonstration requests)

**The Role**:

- Support new and existing Approved Dealer Network, Master Trade Operators and international resellers
- Support the sale of tools, equipment, licenses/subscriptions and protocols and File Keys Credits
- Present business products and services
- Review under-performing dealers and areas of under-performance and to develop performance improvement plans and obtain customer commitment to delivery
- Support Dealer & Trade focused marketing events
- Help to organise and support Dealer training events including online training, webinars and international events
- Work diligently and accurately to update and maintain customer records in the business CRM Systems
- Grow product knowledge and benchmark products and services being offered by competitors in the industry

**Responsible for**
- Stock Management utilising the company’s inventory systems and processes.
- Lead & Customer Account Management
- Invoicing & payment processing
- Dealer Productivity Report Production
- Arrange Dealer product and services demonstrations - face-to-face and online
- Organise and host onsite Dealer Events - including administration, entertainment and refreshments
- Dealer appointments and Account set-up
- Associated Dealer Account Management and Reporting
- Dealer Performance Reporting
- File Key Credit Maintenance & File Usage Monitoring
- Manage Dealer software license renewals
- Develop Dealer business opportunities
- Upsell equipment
- Sale and Support of the Company's Technical Academy Training Courses
- Support Development of Dealer Sales Promotions
- Proactively offer promotions when available
- Log, manage and work toward resolving any Dealer related concerns or complaints - report and solicitor support from relevant Teams in the business
- Manage tool and equipment stock for Dealers
- Pack and ship tools equipment and ancillaries including ECUs
- Manage Supplier Relationships to associated Tools and Equipment
- Control of incoming and outgoing goods, packages and stock, including import and export
- Arrange / book shipment of goods
- Generate customer invoices, estimates, sales orders, purchase orders and any Dealer Account relevant paperwork.
- Organise finance proposals via the designated Finance Provider
- Implement and manage bespoke and signed off split payment agreements
