We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Technical Advisor to join our team in Bidford On Avon. If you have a passion for IT or a strong background in the industry, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries about products and services within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide technical support and training to dealers
  • Maintain and report on CRM database activity
  • Manage daily file key operations
  • Conduct testing and product research
  • Support workshop activities and dyno testing
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good customer service and telephone manner
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for IT and technology
  • Automotive industry experience required

This is a full-time position with a 5-day working week, including weekend work on a rota basis. You will also have the opportunity to work from home one week in four. A driving license is essential for this role.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
