We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced office manager/administrator with bookkeeping expertise to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy 2,000 acre farm office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills, with a discrete and professional attitude. They will be able to prioritise tasks, make sound decisions, and utilise a range of computer packages, including Sage Accounts 50, Sage Payroll, and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities will include managing the farm office, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will be flexible, able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency in Sage Accounts 50 and Sage Payroll
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discrete and professional attitude
