Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries about products, services, and costs within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Providing technical support and training to dealers, including product research and testing
  • Maintaining CRM databases and generating reports
  • Managing daily file key activities
  • Supporting workshop activities and dyno testing

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, including high knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good customer service and telephone manner
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Passion for IT and technology
  • Relevant automotive experience

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time employment
  • 5-day working week, with weekend work on a rota basis
  • 1 week in 4 working from home
  • Driving license required
