This role of Facilities and Estates Administrator is to support the Division with the delivery of a smooth and comprehensive centralised administration service. You will work across 4 key areas:

- Rostering
- Absence
- Ordering
- General Administration

This role requires weekend working on a rota basis, and one position will work between our Bristol and Weston sites.

**Duties of the role include but are not limited to**:

- To notify line managers of non-arrivals to ensure welfare checks are given to staff members
- Using requirements submitted by departments, creating overtime & bank allocations, ensuring staff are allocated fairly and are compliant with trust policies & working time directive
- Staff the absence line, taking calls from staff members, obtaining information such as planned return to work date, fit note queries etc.
- Support managers by preparing Performance Management templates and meetings
- Support with general IT queries from staff, such as ID Badge access, ESR & Kallidus Access
