Main Purpose of job: The Clinic Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for being the face of the clinic, and supporting the team in the smooth running of the clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients into clinic and recording them as arrived.
- Taking payments from patients post appointment, recording on system.
- Processing sales for products and vouchers.
- Booking in appointments
- Diary Management
- Creating and setting up skin care or treatment packages, including payment plans and finance agreements.
- Creating skin care prescriptions

.Keeping the clinic clean and tidy
- Administration of CQC related paperwork, checks, and audits
- Updating Google Business and responding to patient reviews.
- Administrating monthly finance related reports
- Administrating invoices and receipts - liaising with accounting team
- Purchasing and stock management
- Liaising with Social Media team
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Person Specification:

- Previous reception experience essential
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Approachable, friendly personality
- Computer literate, previous experience of using an online CRM system advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and deal with a busy reception area
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous CQC experience desirable
- Understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection and Privacy
- Willing to learn about R&R Aesthetics’ ethos, treatments & products

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.80 per hour

Expected hours: 23.5 per week
