An exciting opportunity has become available for two full time Support Service Team Co-ordinators to lead the following Administration Teams:
1 x Support Service Team Co-ordinator to be based within the East Working Age Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at St Marys House, Chapeltown

1x Support Service Team Co-ordinator to be based within OPS Mount In-patient/Acute In-patient, sites to be covered are split between The Mount and Becklin Centre

These roles require critical thinking, high-level organisation and efficient time management, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate support service demands in a busy environment.

The team and your office are mainly based at the above sites, but some flexibility in cross-working and communication with colleagues at other LYPFT sites is expected.
- Supportive and encouraging line management responsibility for Administrators and Secretaries in the team
- Exemplary Service User-focused, patient-centred interaction and communication
- Proficient use and navigation of CareDirector and other systems such as BigHand, E-Proc, TRACJobs and HealthRoster (training is provided)
- Support and coordination of a busy and streamlined Duty and Referrals Proces

**Working hours are Core Service Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

JOB PURPOSE- You will work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective secretarial and administration support service to the Multi-disciplinary teams under the direction of a Service Manager, and supported by an agreed work plan. The job holder will provide day to day supervision and support for a designated admin team or teams and will be responsible for liaison with other clinical and admin staff within Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to ensure an efficient and consistent admin support service is provided.

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years administrative and secretarial experience at an advanced level.
- Experience of working within a team
- Experience of working using own initiative
- Experience of producing reports, monthly statistics etc.
- Experience of dealing with members of the general public
- Experience of supervising people and managing workloads
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the implementation of new systems and new ways of working.
- Shows empathy to the client group
- Flexible approach to hours worked
