We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are committed to the highest standards of customer care to join our Fire Safety Team as a Neighbourhood Fire Safety Team Leader on a 12 month fixed term basis.

THH is committed to ensuring the safety of residents, and the need to focus on fire prevention to minimise potential risks to residents.

The key tasks of the posts are to work in partnership with residents to help them understand the risks and impact, and to encourage them to remove obstructions. You will support residents in doing this by seeking out solutions to the issues they raise. As the Team Leader you will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to provide direction to your team. You will be responsible for working closely with the wider Neighbourhoods Team to co-ordinate your activities and plan your work programme.
- Experience of dealing with members of the public
- An ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Have a good understanding of housing management and safeguarding
