These will be multi skilled roles and have contact with internal departments and external partners on everything from safety and security, risk and compliance, quality and standards, business resilience and crisis management. **What you’ll be doing**:
The Customer Safety Executive is part of the Customer Safety & Wellbeing Team in the Customer and Operations function. The Customer Operation and Operations function includes Safety, Security, Operations, Customer Experience, Communications and Portfolio Delivery. Its purpose is to support that easyJet holidays has a safe and responsible approach to the protection of its customers.

The Customer Safety & Executive is responsible for the administration and co-ordination safety and security processes, communications, data and evidence. The role is key to ensuring that Customer Safety duties that include incident investigation, management and resolution are undertaken and continuously improved in line with our policies and procedures in addition to supporting supplier management and approvals.

The role will work closely with colleagues in Customer & Operations, Legal and Group Safety. The Customer Safety Executive reports to the easyJet holidays Head of Customer Safety & Wellbeing.

You will be confident in dealing with difficult situations with a high degree of personal / professional flexibility with exceptional organisational, administration and time management skills.

**HOURS OF WORK**

This is a full-time role based in Luton. The nature of the role means there may be irregular hours required to effectively support Incident & Crises.
