We are working exclusively with a client in Carterton who are recruiting an Administrator to work in their friendly logistics team.

You will be a key member of the team supporting the logistics department with administrative tasks.

The Administrator duties will involve:

- Booking in deliveries with Customers
- Maintain/manage records for the return of empty packaging
- Communicate delivery paperwork with Customers
- Completion of logistics documents and updating database
- Order and monitor all stationery stocks as required
- Provide general administrative support for the Logistics Department
- Despatch of all outgoing post via courier services
- Telephone reception duties

You will have good administration skills, plus a friendly and confident telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure.
