**Description**:
**This is a 12 month FTC**

The Payroll Administrator role exists to carry out detailed tasks within the AirTanker Finance Department, specifically to support the management of Employee Services, including (Payroll, Travel & Subsistence, Credit Cards and Work booking).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepares the monthly payroll from the HR Department data
- Collates employee allowances from all business units
- Runs monthly system reports
- Prepares monthly payroll schedules
- Assist with company credit card and AMEX administration and spending reviews
- Monitors the daily payroll inbox
- Assists in expenses processing in conjunction with Accounts Payable
- Assists with activity booking inbox actions and reports
- Provides other general finance support as required

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role within Finance or HR
- Results-oriented, with excellent organisational and diary management skills, with ability to multitask
- Cordial, with highly professional demeanour and approach to work
- Excellent communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- Some knowledge and/or experience of Access Dimensions, FocalPoint and Rusada Envision
- Some knowledge of Defence and/or Airline Operations
