**Job Purpose**
Undertake general administrative duties, as allocated by the Quality Assurance Managers. Maintain training, auditing and customer support records and their various management information platforms.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Undertaking general administrative duties through all QA teams - Insurance Services training and auditing, Legal training and auditing and Customer Support.
- Maintain the Training and Auditing Databases.
- Maintain and administer all external online learning platforms.
- Maintain Training Plans and Records for all staff.
- Book external training courses for colleagues, as and when required.
- Arrange internal training, including booking rooms, sending invites, collation of feedback.
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders, as and when required, to assist colleagues in the QA Department.
**Experience & Knowledge**
- An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries, as well as in a team, to achieve maximum results.
- Good working experience of Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
- Excellent organisational, planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and an ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities.
- An ability to be agile and adaptive; to be flexible, open to and embracing change and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Have a clear understanding of what good customer service is.

- An understanding of Visualfiles claims management system
