- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, assisting with trial bundles, incoming and outgoing post duties
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation
**Requirements**:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous professional services experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Ability to computerise information accurately and quickly
