Events Team Leader

We are looking for Team Leaders for our Wood Fired Pizza trucks. **No previous experience required.**

Work will be all over the Midlands and the south of England. Events can range from a small private party in a garden to feeding the cast and crew of a major international film like Starwars. Every event will be different.

You will lead a small team to go to the events and deliver amazing wood-fired pizza. Previous experience in either events or pizza-making would be great, but definitely not a must. We will be offering full training in both pizza making and event management. The only thing you NEED to bring is the right personality.

**Key traits for the role**
- Being a **people person**, you need to love being complimented on the pizza you make because it's going to happen all day long. It's a hard life
- **Reliability** is key, You will not be working in a restaurant where a large team can pick up the slack, if you don't honour your commitment to work it may result in an event being cancelled. Most of our team leaders do this as a second job or around studies. Either way your teammates and our clients are going to be relying on you.
- **Calmness** under pressure, sometimes everyone arrives at once. Being able to keep smiling, work methodically and calmly is key.
- **Maturity**, with a lot of autonomy and freedom to make decisions as you see fit on the day comes great responsibility to lead by example.
- Being a **glass-half-full** kind of person. We all love our job, travelling around England in the sunshine bringing pizza-shaped joy to peoples day.

**Duties**
- Driving our pizza vans to the events
- Preparing and packing for the events
- Making amazing pizzas
- Interacting with and inspiring guests and the team

If you haven't worked it out yet this is not a typical job No office, No Zoom. But this is the most satisfying job you'll probably ever have.

We're looking for mainly Saturday staff but would also consider availability depending on your preference.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £18.00 per hour
