**Spares Administrator, Poole, Part Time (19.75 hours per week)**

**The purpose of this job**:
As the **Spares Coordinator** for this leading **manufacturer** and **supplier**, you will join the **Spares Team** and support the **administration** of **sales** and **dispatch** of items for the business. You will work in a **close-knit team** in a **friendly**, **hardworking**, and **professional environment**.

**Your Spares Coordinator responsibilities**:

- **Preparing quotes** including costing and pricing of non-stocked items.
- Receiving and **processing orders**, arrange for packaging and alternative delivery as necessary
- **Maintaining records** of quotations and orders, chasing shortages, **updating spreadsheets** and **logging KPIs**:

- **Enhancing processes** where applicable, **working closely** with the **Team Leader**:

- **Adding new items** to spares list, dealing with **customer returns**, **investigating queries** and **processing credits**

**As Spares Coordinator you will have**:

- **Customer service** experience
- **T. Literate**, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience handling a **high volume** of **telephone calls**, maintaining a **professional manner**:

- Good **time management** with the ability to **re-prioritise tasks**:

- Ability to **work well under pressure**, dealing with **sensitive breakdown areas** when required
- **Negotiation skills** whilst **maintaining company policies** regarding account and commercial trading requirements

**Desirable skills/experience**:

- Experience of using **SAP** and **CRM systems**:

- Knowledge of **commercial heating systems** or **commercial boiler products**:

- Component sales

As Spares Coordinator you will be part of a **successful team** who value their staff and provide training to help with employee development. Your shifts will be on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings, working a total of **19.75 hours per week**. **Free on site parking** is also provided.
