An opportunity to join a global business as a Parts Coordinator has emerged. As the Parts Coordinator, you will focus on being the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, and deliveries. You will have a passion for providing excellent customerservice and delivering a professional and efficient response to all customer orders and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a contact for spare parts quotations and all following processes.
- Liaise between the customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process
- Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to company procedure
- Ensuring the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
- Ensuring correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotes and orders

For this role we are looking for:

- Confidence in coordinating and prioritising daily activities to find solutions to complex issues
- Experience in providing exceptional internal and external customer service
- Experience in the direct handling of quotations and orders
- Advanced MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
