We are now looking for a Home Physiotherapy Coordinator to carry out a mixed clinical/operational role to provide treatment in the community (50% of time) and to manage the new referrals process and liaise with our team of physiotherapists on new cases (50% of time, from home). We believe this job is excellent for someone who still enjoys working in a clinical setting treating patients but also wants to develop other skills in a clinic management related role.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our expanding, friendly and highly professional team to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Home Physio Coordinator responsibilities - Working from home, you would work closely with our telephone enquiry team to follow up on new referrals to deepen our clinical understanding of each new case, drawing on your clinical knowledge and experience, and to also assess if/when we are able to assist depending on our physiotherapists’ availability in the patient’s location. You will be responsible for managing the initial patient journey and communicating with our team of excellent physiotherapists to coordinate their assessment and treatment sessions with new patients. You will also carry out initial administrative steps in preparation for first appointments to go ahead. It is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that you show empathy to our patients and their families and form strong relationships with our team of physiotherapists.

**Skills Required**:
We are looking for a like-minded therapist to join the team who fulfils the following criteria:

- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience, ideally at least partly in the NHS
- Good manual therapy & clinical reasoning skills
- Genuinely care about your patient and be passionate about going the extra mile for your patients
- Have a positive and encouraging attitude
- Excellent communications skills
- Be motivated to continue learning with evidence of CPD
- Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license and the ability to travel visiting patients in their homes and care homes
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Ideally you would have experience in a community setting but this is not essential as you will receive training
- Ideally experience using acupuncture
