Home Environment Coordinator

Completely Care is recruiting for a Home Environment Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of our boarding houses. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for our boarders.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including comprehensive first aid training and opportunities for professional development. Our shift pattern rotation ensures a healthy work-life balance, with 9 weeks of holiday including public holidays.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the boarding house, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and National Minimum Standards.
- Coordinating daily routines, including check-ins and evening supervision.
- Supporting the development of boarders, promoting their social, emotional, and educational growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality boarding services.
Requirements include:
- Level 3 safeguarding training and DSL component.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
