Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK) Ltd, are pleased to be recruiting for our own dedicated **Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator.** This position is a unique and fulfilling role that enables HCMUK to give back to the communities we operate within.

You’ll be working in a team that promotes the values of the company internally and externally by developing ethical, environmentally friendly and community-minded activities.

You will be working closely with internal departments including our internal ‘morale booster’ group (Team HCMUK), your responsibilities will range from aligning our CSR strategies with Group objectives, arranging and promoting fund raising activities, encouraging carbon reduction ideas and energy efficiency, and improving staff morale.

As the CSR Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the budget, benchmarking within the industry and reporting summaries of activities to the Senior Management Team. You will also encourage culture of Energy Champions to promote the sharing of sustainable suggestions to change the way we work each day.

To be successful you should have a passion for CSR activities, supporting charities, communities and sustainable work practices. You should have outstanding communication and organisational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
