**Requirements**:
Ideally you must have experience within a training position. You must be a team player who has strong attention to detail and is able to develop and maintain good relationships with customers. They are also looking for someone who is a friendly and enthusiastic team player keen to be part of their growing organisation.

**The Role**:

- Maintain accurate records for planned training courses.
- Book clients onto courses and make sure all requirements are met.
- Provide clients with relevant information to ensure they get the most from their training.
- Communicate with clients keeping them informed about training courses, starter kits etc
- Assist the training manager ensuring that the training provider has all info and products ready to carry out the training.
- Send out and monitor training surveys.
- Collate data and statistics for company meetings.
- Undertake any other general administrative duties required.
