Lead Administration Specialist

**About the role**
As one of our lead administration specialists, you’ll be taking on a newly created role that will be dedicated to managing complex/high value cases while ensuring consistency across the commercial lending specialist team. You’ll wear many hats, from risk management expert to coach and mentor, all while ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
You will provide expert analytical and administrative support to the Lending Managers to grow our presence in the Commercial Lending business, while also being responsible for managing aspects of the property valuation process. Through you and the team you will deliver high standards of data accuracy, creating mortgage offer letters that are timely and accurate. Underpinning this work will be to create a consistent and high-quality service to customers and brokers alike.
**About you**

- Have a deep understanding of mortgage lending principles, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Analyse financial information and borrower profiles with a critical eye, ensuring responsible lending practices while meeting customer needs.
- Identify emerging opportunities, pioneering new initiatives, and driving change with your forward-thinking approach.
- Articulate complex information clearly and concisely, adapting your approach to diverse audiences. Actively listen and build trust through open and honest communication.
- Bring people together with a shared vision, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute. Delegate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate team successes.
