**About the role - 6 Month Contract**
We are looking for a People Administrator to join the Logistics People Operations team. You will provide an outstanding service to a variety of key functions across Ocado Logistics, Ocado Group, People Partners and Talent Acquisition. If you are passionate about expanding your knowledge of generalist HR, comfortable with preparing data, utilising excel or google sheets and have experience of working in an HR Shared Service Team, please read on and apply We do offer Hybrid working with the provision you are able to work from Trident Place, 2 days per week.
**You will be**:
- Working as part of a large HR Shared Service Team to drive the resolution of all day to day queries across multiple functions, locations for a population of over 16,000 employees.- Manage high volume of queries received via our ticketing system and LiveChat systems.- Ensure that process and resolution to queries are completed within the agreed SLAs.- When necessary escalate complex issues or queries to the Line Manager- Management of the HR Systems ensuring data is up to date and accurate.- Manage administration tasks for starters, leavers and Internal changes, preparing letters, contractual documents and instructions to payroll.- Process daily AWOL and Absence Reports and managing stage invite letters, appeal letters and terminations.- Process all ER related invites and outcomes including appeal meetings.- Accountable for monitoring Visa expiry, FTC’s and secondment end dates and liaising with the relevant People team where appropriate.- Be accountable for preparing data on excel or google sheets for the monthly and weekly payroll reports in-line with payroll deadlines.- Manage all electronic and hard copy personnel files, ensuring compliance with Data Protection and GDPR regulations- Accountable for issuing ad hoc letters, visa, reference letters and certificate of employment.
**About you**:
- Have a strong HR/ People administrative experience within an HR Shared Service team.- Possess strong excel or google skills and comfortable preparing data.- Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.- Experience in handling multiple requests from internal and external parties.- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Be able to multitask and work in a busy and pressurised environment- Have the ability to organise workload to meet tight deadlines.**What we offer you**:
