Join us as our People Assistant and become a key member of our People Team, working closely with our Reward, Systems & Policy Manager in the Employee Experience team.

You will be responsible for delivering effective administration and support to all our club teams, guiding our Club Administrators on our HR systems, policies and processes. As well as managing all our HR queries, you will administer our benefits schemes and pension scheme, support Reward administration and provide reporting on our people data to the business.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of managing HR processes and systems, and working with an inbox for query management
- Experience of working with a HR system and creating contracts of employment
- Ideally experience of administering benefits schemes
- Excel and reporting skills
- A genuine passion when engaging with team members
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service
- Strong attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills
- Good communication skills in writing and external messaging
- Experience of handling confidential information with integrity
- Team player

Location: Hatfield (Full-time with 3 days in the office)
