Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Early Start Activity programme at Howe Dell Community Hall in Hatfield. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years and their families.
Key Tasks- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families attending the Stay & Play sessions.
- Plan and deliver interactive activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Contribute to setting up and tidying away activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Provide support and guidance to parents and carers in their roles as primary caregivers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the values of our organisation.
