Childcare Support Professional

In this role, you'll play a vital part in a residential service that provides a supportive environment for children to thrive.
Main Job Duties:
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to help young people set and achieve their objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, focusing on enhancing the daily living skills of the young people in our care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or a plan to attain this qualification).
- Experience working with vulnerable children or young people.
- An ability to adapt to varying shift patterns, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A valid driving licence with business insurance.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 - £13, based on a full-time employment contract.
