In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support and care to our residents, which includes:

  • • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • • Supporting residents with meal preparation, cleaning, and household chores.
  • • Encouraging independence and autonomy through goal-oriented support and guidance.
  • • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervisors.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20, depending on experience and qualifications.
