Customer Support Administrator
Full time permanent role. Excellent opportunity to join a brilliant company who I have assisted on a number of occasions.
Mon-Fri 0900-1700
Training is fully office based. Possibility of some home working also
Haywards Heath - within easy reach of station / public transport. Car parking available onsite and nearby
Salary £25000-£27000 per annum plus very good company benefits. An additional £1000 loyalty bonus is paid after 15 months continuous service
The role is ideal for someone who has experience of working within the insurance sector and enjoys working for a smaller and progressive business who really look after their staff. Our client has a small but growing workforce - all employees are treatedas an important part of the business.

**The successful applicant will have**:
Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
A readiness to challenge colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure accuracy.
An ability to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing enquiries.
Previous experience of working within an insurance business
