**Customer Service Order Processing Administrator**
**West Sussex**
**£24,000 - £26,000 per annum**

Salary according to skills and knowledge £24K to £26K Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. excellent benefits (standard Holidays) (Car owner driver required)

Our established clients suppliers to the building trade are looking for someone customer focused with knowledge of dealing with Quotes, Orders and Invoicing able to liaise with on the road Sales Executives giving help and support and a wide mix of Customers.

Main Duties:
Raising Quotes
Matching Orders
Up - date of Salesforce system
Accurate input of data
Entering orders - scheduling and re-scheduling where necessary.
Dealing with Collections of hardcore
Daily up - date and use of spreadsheet.
Raising purchase orders.

This will be a varied an interesting role needing someone happy with figure input and liaising with customers and work colleagues at all levels on a daily basis.
