**The role**:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the team

Help with the on-boarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this

Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Develop open and effective communications with each client

Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure the best possible service to clients at all times.

**Education and Experience required**:
Good previous office based experience, ideally in a similar client account role

Background in customer service

A customer-oriented attitude

High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct
