Our well established client in Meridian Business Park is recruiting an office administrator to join their team.

The purpose of the role:
To compile and collate all the relevant information provided/requested by the Technical Managers to a high suitable standard for our clients to receive.
To update the database with new information and new prospective clients.
To deal with incoming enquiries via telephone and help all other departments where required.

Main Duties:

- General telephone duties dealing with incoming/outgoing calls.
- General administration duties, whilst giving support to Technical Managers, Scheduling Manager and Directors where necessary.
- Preparing reports, quotations and letters to be sent on to the client
- Working on Corel draw, updating plans.
- Updating our databases with client details
- Assisting with preparing quotations for clients for equipment etc.
- Booking Site Visits
- Input orders and sending order confirmations
