My Solihull based Logistics company are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.

Duties:
-


  • Produce, update, send daily internal reports.
  • Update internal systems in relation to holidays / sickness / appointments / leavers, shift changes as well as setting up new starters, arranging security passes and [repairing company material.
  • Dealing with incoming calls & enquiries.
  • Support Director & team with any PA duties as and when required such as arranging travel / accommodation, hospitality, special events and orders.
  • Organise and liaise with contractors as and when required for repairs &, maintenance.
  • Source and purchase marketing merchandise as well as stocktaking & monitoring of distribution
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies and monitoring.
  • Updating spreadsheet with all purchased & creating files for invoicing.
  • Provide reception cover between 12.00pm 1.00pm and 4.30pm 5.30pm

Key Skills:
-


  • Essential you have worked within an Administration role previously.
  • Ability to work with Directors / Senior Managers and be part of a team.
  • Good IT skills to include MS Office
  • Able to multi task in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Good organisational skills and good attention to details and the ability to prioritise workloads.
