**Salary: £27,000 - £30,000**
**Location: Birmingham Business Park - B37**
**Hours: Monday - Friday,07.30 - 16.00, with a 15.30 finish on a Friday**
**Description**:
A well-respected and long-established company based on the Birmingham Business Park is currently recruiting for an organised and efficient Office Manager to co-ordinate the smooth running of the office.
**Key Duties**:
- Opening the office
- Manage the reception every morning until midday
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
- Issue security passes
- Book travel and accommodation
- Facilities management - ordering stationary, ensuring pat testing is up to date, dealing with cleaners and COSH, alarm company and water facilities.
- Maintaining and updating records
- Diary management
- Carrying out administrative tasks.
**Key Skills/Experience Required**:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager/Co-ordinator
- Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels.
- Competent administrative skills
- Ideally knowledgeable in COSH
In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of **£27,000 - £30,000, with 26 days holiday, purchase holiday scheme, pension and Christmas off
