**About Our Client**:
**Customer Centre Administrator, Reading**:The client is a market leader and a luxury brand item. They have modern and refurbished offices close to all public transport links and free parking. This is a supportive team environment with a business that is keen develop its people.
**Customer Centre Administrator, Reading**: Provide administration and quality support to the Company Customer Service Team in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. In this role you will do the team administration and have mínimal interaction with customers although you will liaise internally with internal stake holders on a daily basis.* Deal with all administration for a busy customer service team
- Handle any administrative queries, checking all invoices, analysing against customer database and preparing for sign-off by the manager
- Promote and participate in two-way communication within the team.
- Involved in collection of payment, checking for accuracy, processing and sending of certificates
- Answer all enquiries from the Centre Network relating vehicle queries
- Organise team training and Centre Visits
- Schedule and attend Town Halls, create agendas and take meeting minutes
- Manage the logistics and communicate weekly team rotas
- Process all goodwill invoices (including self-auth cases) for the UK market on Concur and liaise with sales team regarding queries
**The Successful Applicant**:
**Customer Centre Administrator, Reading**:You will have very good administration skills, you will have excellent attention to detail and be happy multi tasking. This role works very closely supporting the customer service team and as such you need to be happy working in a busy contact centre/sales environment although you will not be doping those tasks yourself.The business require support from 8 - 6 pm Mon - Friday and you could be on a early or later shift within this timeframe. You will be contracted for 37.5 hours a week and the role is office based.
**What's on Offer**:
circa £25,000 to £27,000 plus good package dependant upon experience
