We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will primarily focus on finding exceptional people to lead our in-club teams and ensure our members have an exceptional extraordinary every time they visit us.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Manage all aspects of the hiring process to ensure a professional, seamless and timely delivery on filling all vacancies.
- Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Be a brand advocate and uphold standards at all times in order to effectively contribute to the overall People Strategy and deliver on the company mission, vision and values.

**About You**:
**More specifically, you**:

- Have hands-on experience leading the way, owning and overseeing full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Have gravitas and a natural ability to galvanise people. You are able to gain respect and be sought out for your advice.
- Are meticulously well organised, a self-starter and go-getter which in turn enables you to manage a high volume, deadline driven workload and multiple conflicting priorities.
