Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a Office Assistant, you will be responsible for following up on estimates and encouraging strong relationships with our clients. Additional office duties may be required.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:
Chase up on estimates provided to customers
- Ensuring timely feedback to teams and management.
- Promote strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the teams to provide exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and sales activities using Excel.
- Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback and sales.

**Requirements**:
A confident and polite telephone manner with excellent spoken English
Proven experience in customer service ,sales support or related roles
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experienced in Excel, Word and Outlook

Full training provided.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
