Job Title: HR Administrator/Assistant

Office Angels is seeking a skilled HR Administrator/Assistant to join their dedicated team. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for people administration duties, including data management and reporting, compliance, and general people administration.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, particularly regarding safer recruiting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including the Single Central Record, personnel files, and training records.
Requirements:
  • Good awareness and understanding of people administration, to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Flexible approach and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Relevant HR qualification equivalent to Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) would be advantageous, as would experience of working within a school environment, but neither are essential.
