### Job Title: HR Administrator/Assistant
### Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join our dedicated team at Office Angels. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR services.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our HR team, including data management, reporting, and compliance
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
* Maintain accurate records, including personnel files, training records, and the Single Central Record
### Requirements:
* Good awareness and understanding of people administration, including compliance with regulations and procedures
* Flexible approach and ability to work independently
* Relevant HR qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) or experience working in a school environment (desirable)
