**Accounts Administrator**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Ceetak Ltd, a leading UK provider of sealing solutions, for an Account Administrator to work in a busy, high performing Finance team. A varied and interesting role assisting with all areas of accounts across our 4 sites, we are looking for an enthusiastic talented individual with a good aptitude for numbers and a key eye for detail. With the ability to work as an integral part of the finance team and to work independently on individual tasks.

Based at our Head Office in Bedford, the company has been established for 50 years. Ceetak is dynamic, fast paced, and engineering led, operating in several key markets such as Oil and Gas, Automotive, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Military/Defense, Medical and Packaging heat sealing solutions.

**Duties will include**:

- Processing and checking of Sales Invoices.
- Processing of sales receipts and reconciliation on Customer Account.
- Verifying purchase invoices against goods received/orders and posting to system.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Uploading Sales invoices onto Customer Portal
- Credit Control
- Resolving Customer / Supplier queries.
- Sales and stock reporting

- Accurate Data Input
- Deal with customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Working as part of a team as individually

**Required Attributes**:

- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Understanding of finance
- Must be proficient in IT/MS Office particularly Excel
- Knowledge of operating an ERP system
- A natural communicator with people, able to build relationships in a friendly and professional way
- Committed to high service standards
- An enthusiastic and motivated team player, with a can-do attitude
- Strong desire to succeed and open to learning.
- Working towards or holds AAT Level 2 or above preferred

Starting Salary £22,500 - £27,000 + Bonus + Contributory Pension Scheme + Health Care Scheme.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
