JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Handler / Commercial Lines Insurance / Account Manager - Insurance
As a Commercial Account Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing policy renewals, including re-marketing, midterm adjustments, and ongoing policy administration.
- Providing comprehensive client service advice, including risk management guidance and market insights.
- Handling marketing and broking of new business inquiries, along with necessary administration.
- Overseeing the administration of Commercial Lines claims.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Account Handler / Commercial Lines Insurance / Account Manager - Insurance
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills across various platforms, a keen eye for detail, and:
- Previous experience in the insurance sector, particularly in Commercial Business insurance, with an understanding of FCA guidelines.
- Ideally, you will have completed IF1/FIT or equivalent qualifications; however, we are willing to support you in achieving this during your probationary period if necessary.
- Experience in a regulated environment or familiarity with compliance processes.
